Shoyoroll is committed to providing premium jiu-jitsu gear; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is free of any pet hair, odors, or signs of use.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the gear to ensure it meets our quality standards, a refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
